These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Photo Recovery mobile application ("the App"), provided by Easy Data-Recovery ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Photo Recovery scans your device's storage to help you find and restore deleted photos, videos, audio files, and documents. Recovery results depend on your device's storage and usage since deletion, and we cannot guarantee that any specific file will be recoverable.
The App requests storage access permissions solely to scan for and restore deleted files on your device. Files are processed on your device and are not uploaded to our servers as part of the recovery process.
The App offers an optional premium subscription (Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly) that unlocks deep scanning, unlimited scans, and an ad-free experience. Subscriptions are billed either through Google Play Billing or through Cashfree, depending on which payment method is active at the time of purchase, and are subject to the billing terms of that payment provider. Subscriptions do not automatically renew unless you purchased through Google Play Billing, in which case Google's own subscription and cancellation terms apply.
Free use of the App is supported by advertising served through Google AdMob, with Meta Audience Network as an additional ad partner. Ads may be personalized based on information collected by these third-party ad networks, subject to their own privacy policies.
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend access for users who violate these Terms.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Data recovery success cannot be guaranteed, and we are not responsible for any data loss that may occur from use of the App or from deletion of files by any means.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy Data-Recovery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
